FACTS
First Interstate SportsPlex is the 96 acre, non-profit, youth and amateur sports anchor of Catalina, a 260 acre residential and commercial development coming soon to the city of Valley (located in Douglas County and part of the Omaha Metro).
Approximately 12 million vehicles, on average per year, pass by the SportsPlex on Highway 275 between Omaha and Fremont (NDOT).
The SportsPlex has attracted over 20,000 out-of-town visitors from 28 states and over 100,000 local visitors since opening in April 2024 (Visit Omaha). The addition of our next phase of fields should bring that total to over 200,000 annual visitors.
Our non-profit youth sports organization, Elkhorn Athletic Association, currently serves over 8,500 kids and their families in 10 sports (2024 EAA Census data).
